Why should I refill? |
Above all, to save money. It costs much less to refill your cartridge with us, than to buy a new one. And incidentally, it's better for the environment too to be reusing the cartridge. |

| How come I can save money this way? | Printer manufacturers make profits from selling ink. You will often see printers sold at almost giveaway prices in the hope that when you have it in your home or office, you will spend a great deal of money on ink. In addition to paying just for your refill, we will often be able to put more ink in the cartridge than it had when you bought it. You can test this by weighing the cartridge. |
| How many times can a cartridge be refilled? | This will vary, but each time you bring a cartridge in, we can test it to see if the print head is still working properly. |
| Why should I use you and not another ink refiller? | We pride ourselves on being well ahead of the competition in quality and value. For example, we will refill each cartridge with ink from the original manufacturer (e.g. HP ink for an HP cartridge), not use the same ink for all cartridges. We can offer you the friendly and personal service that comes from being a stand-alone neighbourhood business, not a franchise or a chain. |

Printers are very tempermental creatures. Come in and talk to us. We can advise you, and in case of need we can replace your cartridge or even take a look at your printer. |
